안녕하세요 여러분 ! Today on chapter 7 of kdrama review will be covering (*drum roll*) suits ~!!! Honestly i been waiting a while since i saw '' comeback '' news of Min Min -Park Hyun Sik on my SNS (*scream 3@%*& *) , so let's get started !!!! Kahzaaa bozhhaa (* using joon ki tone welcome waikiki * probably will be using it for a while * lol * ) ~~~~~
Staring cast : Jang Dong Gun , Park Hyung Sik , Jin Hee Kyung , Ko Sung Hee , Choi Gwi Hwa etc .
Genre : Legal drama
Synopsis : Choi Kang Seok (Jang Dong-Gun) who's a legendary lawyer at the top law firm in South Korea. He hires Go Yeon Woo (Park Hyung Sik) who has a excellent memory as a rookie lawyer for the law firm .
Review :
For you information this drama is based on a American series drama using the same title - suits . I been waiting for this drama ever since , here at last !!!!!! First of all , i didn't watch the original version of this drama so i can't really do a comparison , but on the other hand , it bring me more surprises & anticipating due to the reason . Another reason keeps my anticipating probably will be the original of 7 season series drama that remakes to around 16 episode really keeps me eager .
The drama start off is kinda of wander between boarder of good & losing interest , eventually towards the losing interest point , developing episode and bammm ! I'm glad i hold on , turnout , i actually like it , the unexpected plot twist & intriguing character etc . I'm hooked & in love with both of their character staring ep2 , the legendary lawyer verse the brainy genius rookie lawyer , both of them really slay with their charisma with the suits on ! Can't wait to see more bromance chemistry between both of them ! Beside that , Park Hyun Sik really stunned me with his character and his memorizing capability , i'm seriously amazed till i have to re-watch twice to catch up the subtitle below with the jaw drop expression on !
So will it be romance ?
Probably ? Starting off with a light weight of fling & perhaps much more in the middle ? Not really sure but of course the bromance is still the main thing in here!

The good things :
- the fast pace yet understandable story line
entertaining drama , not much tense which i thought it will be ...
- the editing & background music on point
who ever do the editing for this drama really deserve praise , really good job ! Especially to the end of each episode & preview , it really held your curiosity , so the music that create the slay & little tense vibes that's so on point !
-the amount of law scene
somehow i'm really glad the law theme is been utilize well , instead ''wasting'' the theme .
The little disapointment :
- the starting
barely made me off grid but so glad is only the starting
Spoiler Alert !!! :
I'm truly surprise to see Jun ki Oppa from ''Welcome Waikiki '' and i can't help to think about him saying ''gwaechana gwaechana " and keep chuckling (even though is a serious scene *lol*), at the same time he also surprise me by his cameo evil character , i don't know why i still see Jun Ki oppa shadow in him or is just me ...? Nevertheless , glad to see him again tho ~~
Is ''Suits'' worth watching ?
So far yes it is (ep 6) ! Not sure how much of similarity between the original and the remake , but as a viewer that haven't watch the original like me , the maturity of story & flow did impressed me ! Fans of law drama/ movie ? you definitely don't want to miss this ! You'll still get a little of American western drama type of vibe tho , even is a remake but it make sense is a remake so...
What's the different between ''Suits'' & '' Switch : Change the world ''?
Both of them did use laws as a theme but definitely heading differently ! ''Suits'' will be more toward lawyers & laws as for ''Switch : change the world'' it will be more toward prosecutor , less of law more on '' game of exchange'' aka swindler , polities ! So if you ask me is it same , NOPE ! If you compare ''Suits'' with ''Switch'' , ''Switch c.t.w.'' will be more light weighted & more comedy similar to ''Chief Kim (good manager) '' type of vibes, ''Suits '' more toward serious and more ''maturity '' with little ''Untouchable'' and maybe soon with slight of ''Men to men '' type of vibes . All i can say both of it have their own interesting point , is basically incomparable in terms of ' 'quality'' !
